What do you do at Rogers?
My team and I are focused on making every interaction a customer has with Rogers a great one. Day to day, I look for areas where we can adapt our processes and methods internally so that we can better serve our customers and their families.
What inspired you to join Rogers?
Rogers has a long history of being an innovator in the telecommunications industry. It’s great to work for a company that’s not just keeping up with industry expectations, but exceeding them.
You’re part of the New Grad Leadership Development program. How has it set you up for success?
The New Grad Leadership Development program gives you all the tools you need to transition into a full-time role. There is an immense amount of support given by coaches and managers across the organization with an open door policy. A highlight of the program is its flexibility. Having a chance to explore different areas of business is super rewarding. The program is allowing me to explore different areas of the business and focus on my strengths.
Tell us about the people you work with – what makes them great?
My colleagues and I all share the same mission– to help our customers get what they want, when they want it. Having the opportunity to work with smart and capable people to achieve this is the best part of what I do.
