We sat down with Madina Moukas, Digital Coordinator, as part of our monthly series that profiles unique jobs around Rogers.
What is your role on the team? Describe what you does everyday.
As a Digital Coordinator for the Sales Operations team, my day-to-day activities include the general upkeep of the Fido website, device launches and quarterly campaigns. All those offers and promos you see on Fido.ca are from us!
What inspired you to join the team at Rogers?
I’ve been part of the Rogers family for 5 years now! I worked at the Fido call centre part-time during my studies and fell in love with our company culture. There’s really nothing more motivating than working for a company that invests in the success and development of their employees.
Why is the work environment at Rogers well suited for a new grad looking to launch their career?
We learn a lot in school, but the most of us leave without any real-life work experience. The New Grad program is that step between school and work that prepares you for the real deal!
How does your work impact the customer experience?
My team is responsible for uploading most of the content you see on Fido.ca and creating the easiest customer journey possible. We want to make sure you have all the information you need before you checkout – in the least amount of clicks possible! Most importantly, we want to be certain that each promotion is well explained, attractive, and enticing.
